Bali Swim Ltd operates as a B2B (business-to-business) manufacturer. Our products are intended for commercial use only and are not sold for personal or retail consumption.
Sample Orders
All samples are sold as-is and are intended to help buyers assess quality, fit, and design before placing a bulk order. We do not accept returns or refunds based on preferences such as fabric feel or style.
Customizations can be requested after sample review via manual order by emailing info@baliswim.com.
Order Review
All orders are reviewed by our merchandising team. If any inconsistencies are found in style codes, quantities, or pricing, we will contact you before proceeding. Orders will be placed on hold until issues are resolved.
Refunds & Returns
Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Supporting evidence (photos, etc.) may be requested
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect fit
Custom Orders & Modifications
All product modifications and customizations must be submitted through the manual order process. Once a payment is finalized, any cancellation is subject to a 25% fee.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
All orders ship Ex-Factory from Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. Buyers may arrange their own shipping or use our quoted express service. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods leave our factory. Import duties and customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer.
