Shipping policy

At Bali Swim, we ship globally from our production facility in Bali, Indonesia. Below you'll find details regarding timelines, shipping terms, and customs responsibilities for all orders.

Production & Shipping Timelines

Production timelines are agreed upon before each order is confirmed and depend on factors like:

• Order size and complexity
• Material availability
• Production capacity

While we do our best to meet all estimated timelines, please allow a ±2-week flexibility window from the expected ship date.

Once production is complete, orders are shipped directly from our factory in Denpasar, Bali via express international courier. You may also choose to arrange your own freight.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs include:

• International express freight
• Internal handling and packaging

All shipping fees will be confirmed prior to dispatch. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

Risk of Loss

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility, regardless of who arranges shipping.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

All international orders may be subject to:

• Local customs duties
• Import taxes
• Other regulatory fees

These charges are not included in product or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs authority for estimates before ordering.

Packaging

Unless otherwise specified, all products are packaged securely and are suitable for direct-to-customer resale.
