Refund policy

At Bali Swim, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a transparent and fair process for addressing issues. This policy applies to both sample and bulk orders.

1. Bulk Order Defects

If you receive bulk items with manufacturing defects—such as faulty workmanship, incorrect construction, or major deviations from approved specifications—please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Depending on the issue and production availability, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A discount on the invoice
  • A partial or full refund
  • An exchange or remake of the item(s)

2. Sample Feedback & Revisions

Buyers are encouraged to review samples in person. While we may provide photo confirmations before shipping, quality and fit cannot be fully verified through images.

If there are clear deviations from your provided tech packs and specifications, we may revise or remake the sample. This is only applicable when complete instructions and measurements were submitted in advance.

3. Accepted Deviations

Products are only considered defective if they do not match the agreed specifications documented in your order forms and tech packs. Informal or verbal instructions are not valid grounds for claims.

4. Claim Process

To submit a claim:

  • Contact your assigned merchandiser in writing
  • Include supporting details and photos when possible

5. Return & Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping to Bali Swim is the responsibility of the Buyer
  • We cover re-shipping costs for corrected items

6. Damages & Misuse

We do not accept claims for products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or improper care. Damage during transit is also not covered unless separately insured by the Buyer.

7. Buyer Responsibility

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all design specifications and order information are complete and accurate before confirming an order.

8. Product Inspection Requirement

All claims for refunds, exchanges, or remakes are subject to in-person review of the returned items by our team.
